    I’m delighted with the console. The 3-drawer version fits perfectly and it looks very fashionable,making it good value for my £120.But that’s not all;the whole family like it so I’ve done something right for a change. Happy days!

    This item was not as heavy as I imagined it to be as the pine is quite lightweight and not as dense as other (painted) pine in my house. I painted the legs and sides etc before assembly using a stain block undercoat to stop leakage through the topcoat. Assembly on my own took two and a half hours so would be less with two people and it was quite straightforward once you lay it all out. There is a lot of screwing into undrilled wood which is hard on the hands – a ratchet screwdriver helps here. Delivery packaging was excellent but there was still some damage to the top which I have hand sanded and then polished with Danish oil. I’m really pleased with the finished item, drawers are great and it matches other items around my house.

    Great console table and fantastic value. I did swap out the handles for some solid brass ones and this makes it look more expensive than it is (the black looked cheap in my opinion). Slight downside is that it’s flat packed and took about 1.5-2hr for me to put together but it’s definitely worth it!

    Easy to put together for the price I’d say was a bargain I had ordered something similar cancelled for this and paid a lot less

    The four holes drilled into the lower legs to take the dowel’s for the shelf were drilled into the wrong side on each of the legs. But…I easily worked around that. I gave it 5* because of it’s look, quality and value for money.

    Reasonably easy to construct but the instructions could be clearer to follow. If you are used to putting together flat pack furniture then fine, but if not, well, just keep cool.

    I needed a side table to fill a gap in my sitting room and this is perfect it matches my TV unit also my tall bookcase . It was easy to put together and it hasall the space I need. Couldnt be more pleased.
