Extremely comfortable and sturdy bed. Easy to follow instructions and simple to assemble. All the tools required are provided.
The plush velvet is really well finished and the frame work is strong and sturdy.
My only comment is that the boxes are heavy, but I guess that’s what you get with a high quality bed.

Delivery was excellent. I received a call before arrival and bed was put into desired room. Delivery men were polite and friendly. Bed was simple to assemble and looks beautiful

The colour is really disappointing, we ordered the navy and it’s really not a navy blue it’s much brighter more like a royal blue. We have navy velvet curtains and light shade from Dunelm which are navy and this is in no way similar. Really disappointed as the colour spoils the whole room.
The bed itself is good, lots of storage. The instructions weren’t the easiest to follow but my husband managed alone and it didn’t take too long.

Luxurious and decadent, a stunningly beautiful bed, definitely needs two people to put together, but worth all the effort. Really solid heavy weight and super comfortable.

Several of the nuts did not fit the bolts.
The material provided for the bottom of the bed is flimsy at best and the Velcro doesn’t hold it in place.
The instructions on how to construct the bed aren’t very good. It took my experienced fla packer friend all afternoon to construct it and still not finished due to 4 nut and bolt sets being useless and not fit for purpose.

We have had this bed for a total of 14 months and the slat holders have repeatedly broken to the point we were using the old bed’s spare slat holders until they too ran out. I would not recommend purchasing this bed as it is only under warranty for 1 year which is extremely unusual for a large purchase like a bed. We contacted Dunelm to ask for some slat holders and they said it was out of warranty so that’s a no from them. I also confirm you cannot lift up the ottoman part without two people on a King Size frame. It also took us 4 hours to build it. I would think twice about buying this bed.
