Put the wok onto the heat and wait for the SmartStart tick to change to dark red and start cooking. Each wok is lightweight and ultra-tough with expertly crafted 2.5mm thick aluminium. Great heat conductivity properties ensure quick heat-up time with easy manoeuvrability. The innovative Aeroglide non-stick coating consists of a base layer and durable abrasion layers and the 3-layer coating is 3x stronger than standard non-stick coatings. The Aeroglide coating provides superior food release, is easy to clean after use and dishwasher safe. A heat resistant exterior coating improves safety. The wok is oven safe up to 170C for 40 minutes, allowing for versatility and expansion of recipe ideas. All SmartStart pans are free from harmful chemicals such as PFOA, Lead and Cadmium.
